OKB company’s prototype department is equipped with modern and rich stock of machines. Thanks to numerical technologies (CAD/CAM, CNC) we are able to precisely transform virtual models into real objects. We have at our disposal numerous manufacturing technologies, therefore we are able to make, verify and assess quickly what we have already designed.
Own homologation department
We comprehensively carry out processes of homologation tests of vehicles or their parts, according to requirements of local, European and international regulations (i.a. American).
Design office
We design various type of vehicles, such as buses, campers, ambulances etc. Moreover, we design individual parts or systems as well.
Numerous manufacturing technologies.
We also offer service activities in the scope of:
- laser cutting of sheet metal plates and steel profiles
- bending of sheet metal plates on bend brake
- bending of profiles on non-mandrel or roller bending machine
- welding of structures, including large-size ones
- CNC 3/4/5-axial machining of metals and plastics (turning and milling)
- large-size machining of aluminium, plastics, wood-like materials (5.5 x 2.2 m)
- forming and gluing on vacuum presses (6 x 3 m)
Cooperation with Universities
To date we have completed many projects in cooperation with Polish technical universities. We maintain constant cooperation with them, as far as exchange of knowledge and experiences, as well as commercialisation of results of common research and development works are concerned.
Test laboratory
We are able to verify static and dynamic strength, as well as crashworthiness of structures.
